Punctuality
Please arrive to your appointment on time rather than late or early, with no eye makeup and freshly cleaned eyelashes please.

Booking fee
A non-refundable £20 fee is required when booking all appointments. The £20 will come off the total amount on the day of your appointment.

Cancellations
Your appointments and well-being are very important to us. We understand that sometimes, unexpected delays can occur, making schedule adjustments. If you need to cancel your appointment, we respectfully request at least 48 hours notice.
Appointments are in high demand, and your advanced notice will allow another client access to that appointment time.
When you cancel or reschedule an appointment more than 48 hours in advance, we could hold your £20 booking fee for your next appointment.

Late Cancellations/No-Shows
A cancellation is considered late, when the appointment is cancelled less than 48 hours before the appointed time. A no-show is when a client misses an appointment without cancelling. In either case, the £20 booking fee is not refundable.

Patch tests
If you would like to have a patch test before your appointment, please do not hesitate to contact us. Please be aware that a patch test is never 100% accurate test to whether you would be allergic to something or not, so you would always be going ahead at your own risk.

Contact lenses need to be removed before the application as this could cause irritation.

Please also do not bring any family and friends to your appointment.
