How to prepare for my appointment?

In order to allow maximum retention of your eyelash extensions please follow the below guidelines: 

Please remove any make-up around the eye area and your eyelashes.

Please do not apply any eye cream.

When removing your make-up before your appointment, please use oil-free make-up remover. 

After removing your make-up, please rinse with water and pat dry. Please note that prior to the application, there will be a further cleansing pre-treatment procedure.

How long would my eyelash extensions last?

 

The retention of your eyelash extensions is individual. It depends on your aftercare, as well as on the lifecycle of your natural lashes.

A few of our natural lashes would naturally fall out every day, so would the extensions applied to them. 

When the life cycle of your natural lash comes to an end, the eyelash extension applied to it falls out with it.

On average we have approx. 80-120 natural lashes per eye, with a natural shed rate of 2-5lashes per day.

Where can I park my car?/ Parking

 

There is Pay and Display parking in front, which is subject to availability. 

There is free off street parking 7 min away down Collingwood road towards Oldfields road/ A217 past the junction with Alexandra Avenue.

There is also free off street parking on St James road (to the end of Sydney road and then left). This is also about 7min walking distance.

Asda Sutton High street offers up to 3 hours free parking.

How long would my appointment last?

 

The duration of your appointment would vary depending on the type of lash extensions you would like. Please refer to the preferred type of lash extensions treatment for more information. 

Please ensure your natural lashes are clean of any make up before your appointment (ref ‘how to prepare for my appointment?)
